"I have witnessed the dedication and the pure power of Shawn Myszka. Over the past 10 years, we have founded a friendship that is based in many ways around competition and training. Shawn brings intensity to his goals that are challenged by few. Many certified trainers simply talk the talk. In many cases, trainers at commercial gyms have never competed in any event, that challenges both mental and physical demand. In the understatement of the decade, Shawn Myszka has walked the walk.

Through the challenges of competing as a nationally ranked power lifter in his high school years, to a highly accredited and respected national competitor in bodybuilding, Shawn has spent his life setting goals and reaching goals. In numerous occasions, both during and after his competition goals, Shawn has extended his knowledge and practices to his clients. Such athletes have competed in regional and nationally ranked bodybuilding and fitness competitions; and in many cases the success earned by those athletes were great. Shawn's dedication to his clients and their personal goals is unwavering. His principles go so far beyond just training hard in athletics. His principles discuss inner strength, desire to succeed and continuing to be the best. His clients carry on those principles.

As you will find with Shawn, no matter what the sport, what the goal, or who the athlete is, I am very confident to say that Shawn will get you to the pinnacle. He has competed all of his life, so he brings tried and true blood, sweat, and tears into his principles. I am an example of that success and drive.

I have first hand knowledge of this as I have had the honor to be a client of Shawn. He pushed me to new heights in my bodybuilding career. In my college years, I was an avid power lifter and played football for four years. After completing several rewarding years of playing college football as an offensive lineman, I gained notoriety as big man...big strong FAT man. I still had desired to compete in something after my college playing days were over. Shawn Myszka was my motivation to compete in bodybuilding. Over the years, I have found success to be difficult as I have battled weight. However, Shawn has helped me to understand the principles of diet and in many ways my approach to training. Now as a bodybuilder competing regionally and in the future nationally in the Super Heavy weight class, I have turned some heads.

So I guess you can say I am a disciple of the Myszka Principles. Thank you for all that you have done for me over the years. 2007 will be bigger and better than ever."
